Our Clients Say
"I've had the privilege of working with Lou twice - once as a university research collaborator and again when I commissioned her to develop an education program for a large non-profit. Both experiences were exceptional. Lou is a true master of behavioral science who has the rare gift of making complex research accessible and engaging for non-scientific audiences. Her warm, approachable style creates a safe learning environment where people feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.
What really impressed me was how she drew from her decades of behaviour change consulting to provide practical, real-world examples that helped us quickly identify solutions tailored to our specific challenges. Lou doesn't just understand the science, she knows how to apply it effectively in the real world. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again."
"We wanted to upskill the Movember team in behavioural science across our campaigns, programmes and products. Lou designed a bespoke training course which was delivered to different levels of depth, across multiple time zones and markets, in a really interactive way.
Lou’s expertise, combined with her adaptability and wry sense of humour created a very engaging experience, which has resulted in increased the knowledge and perceived value of behavioural science at Movember."
